“Judge Says Notice Must Be Given for Park Evictions”
A federal judge said Tuesday that the government must notify Occupy DC protesters if it intends to evict them from a Washington park and remove their belongings.
The decision from Judge James E. Boasberg of Federal District Court means the protesters would have an opportunity to challenge any eviction beforehand.
